Self Intimacy is the name of the game
The relationship we have with ourselves dictates everything else.
In a world bombarded with stimuli, refocusing inwards is major rebellion.
I’m absolutely a rebel for the cause.
And what’s the cause?
Inspiring each one of us to put our unique truth first.
Co-creating a world where expansions and contractions, trials and tribulations, and the duality we experience are the liquid gold of being alive.
I’m holding a torch for all of us to be human: messy, raw, and real. I’ve lived in the Spiritual capital of America for several years now, and i’ll tell you something. It really ain’t all light and love. And being human is HARD.
The answer isn’t “fixing” ourselves, but LOVING and EMBRACING ourselves; learning to accept the complexity and duality that all of us are with grace and gratitude and humor and mischief and forgiveness. We only get one chance at this wild life: there are no dress rehearsals.
May we all get the chance to explore the depths of who we are, and when we find the truth of what we truly desire in life, may we have the courage to say so & follow that knowing.
Embracing the full spectrum of being human is what The Profane Priestess represents to me.
My heart is wide open. I am in service to Truth.

I help women bring more awareness to their own mind-body and its natural, authentic expression. I curate deliberate spaces where women can experience true self intimacy, moments of deep communion with self where they can explore their true potential. I guide Self intimacy through movement practices, somatic sexuality, creative writing & storytelling. It is these intimate spaces that allow one to uncover their true power, passion and creativity.
The thing about living an authentic life is that it literally looks different for every single one of us. When we are re-defining success from the inside out, rhere is no cookie cutter blueprint of a life well lived. Only YOU can craft the life of your dreams. And that takes work, my friends. Following the call of our wild hearts is not for the faint of heart, but it is absolutely worth it.
