As Journalist, Yoga Instructor, Retreat Facilitator, Commercial Fisherman, and curious World Traveler, here is where my deepest gladness meets the world’s hunger:
I help women bring more awareness to their own mind-body and its natural, authentic expression. I curate deliberate spaces where women can experience true self intimacy, moments of deep communion with self where they can explore their true potential. I guide Self intimacy through movement practices, somatic sexuality, creative writing & storytelling. It is these intimate spaces that allow one to uncover their true power, passion and creativity.
The thing about living an authentic life is that it literally looks different for every single one of us. When we are re-defining success from the inside out, rhere is no cookie cutter blueprint of a life well lived. Only YOU can craft the life of your dreams. And that takes work, my friends. Following the call of our wild hearts is not for the faint of heart, but it is absolutely worth it.
